Step 1: Fill in your Registration form:

• Download the Registration Form here.
• email the completed form to: promise@vsnl.com

Step 2: Complete your payment

• Work out the total fees you are to pay to the conference, including Registration Fees and Other Fees.
• Instruct your bank to transfer the payment to the Conference Account.

Step 3: Acknowledgement and Receipt

• You will receive the following documents by email within 48 hours of your payment reaching the Conference Account
• Letter of welcome from the Conference Chair. You will need this document to facilitate your visa application.
• Conference Registration Document which will give you a Conference Registration Number.
• Acknowledgment and receipt of your payment.
• Should you not hear from us within 48 hours, it means your payment has not reached the Conference Account. Please email us at promise@vsnl.com for clarifications.

Indian Delegates only

• Work out the total fees you are to pay to the conference, including Registration Fees and Other Fees.
• Prepare a Demand Draft for the total amount due from you.

Step 3: Dispatch your payment
